Accident Evidence

Accident evidence needs to be preserved as soon as possible. Take for example a car accident.  Photographs of the scene and vehicles should be taken and retained. If the vehicle involved in an accident is a total loss, it will likely be salvaged and shipped away. If photographs are not taken immediately, this evidence may be forever lost. Further, recorded statements of witnesses should be taken as soon as possible. Accident witnesses will typically lose memory of critical facts as each month passes. If this evidence is lost, it is very difficult to attempt to salvage it.

At Tuley Law Office, we investigate each accident case for every piece of evidence that will support our client’s personal injury claim.
