Your Local, Family-Owned Law Firm
We care about our neighbors and have the litigation experience to empower them in the courtroom
Life has no guarantees. Anyone can experience a catastrophic personal injury at any time, and it can cause severe injury without warning.
An automobile accident, a stairway or balcony collapse, or merchandise falling from high shelves are just a few examples of how injuries can happen instantly and unexpectedly. Following an injury, you may be unable to work temporarily or, in the worst-case scenario, permanently. Under Indiana’s law, if another person’s negligence resulted in an injury, and you can prove it with an attorney’s help, you are entitled to complete reimbursement for ongoing and future medical expenses. In addition, you are entitled to compensation for lost wages and all of your other injury-related damages and losses related to your injury.
An experienced Evansville personal injury attorney at the Tuley Law Office can review your case, offer sound legal advice and insights, and explain your rights and legal options.
You’ll first consult with one of our experienced attorneys. During this initial consultation, you should expect to answer questions about your injury and the events that led to it. It also helps to provide relevant medical records and bills.
We’ll then explain the legal process and how Indiana law specifically applies to your case. We have years of experience dealing with insurance companies and will fight to ensure you receive a fair settlement. If we can’t come to an agreement, our attorneys are ready to bring your case to trial.
At Tuley Law Office, we believe in putting our clients first. When you become our client, you’ll pay no attorneys’ fees unless and until we successfully recover compensation on your behalf.
We understand that this is a difficult time. Our goal is simple: To get you the maximum compensation for your injuries, medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering.
“I was in an accident and had shoulder surgery because of said accident. Once I came to Tuley Law, everything went through their office. I would call for updates, or they would give me updates, but I literally never worried about anything until we settled. It could have been a stressful four years, but instead, it was a very easy process. I felt like I was their only case.”
– Corey Edwards, previous client
