Erin E. Schmitt Tuley

Erin E. Schmitt Tuley earned her JD from the University of Notre Dame Law School and began her career as a deputy prosecuting attorney for Vanderburgh County, Indiana, where she handled felony-level criminal cases. She brings experience spanning the range of drug investigations, grand juries, domestic violence cases, sex crimes, violent crimes, and murders. An Evansville-area native, Erin later joined her husband and father-in-law at Tuley Law Office, where her practice focuses on Veterans Disability benefits. Erin also works as a part-time deputy prosecutor in Posey County, Indiana.

Before attending the University of Notre Dame Law School, Erin earned a BA in English (Rhetoric and Composition) and Spanish Language from the University of Southern Indiana.

Education

After receiving her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School, Erin returned to the Evansville area to practice law. She also holds a B.A. in English and Spanish from the University of Southern Indiana.
