Erin E. Schmitt Tuley

Erin E. Schmitt Tuley began her career as a deputy prosecuting attorney for Vanderburgh County, where she skillfully prosecuted felony-level cases, handling major violent felonies during her last two years as a prosecutor. A St. Philip native, Erin joined her husband and father-in-law at the family practice in 2018.

Education

After receiving her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School, Erin returned to the Evansville area to practice law. She also holds a B.A. in English and Spanish from the University of Southern Indiana.
